    • Caesar Salad – Romaine, blistered cherry tomato, shaved parm, and white anchovies, $10
    • Shrimp and Blue Crab Cocktail – Cocktail sauce, lemon, $15
    • Beef Carpaccio – Tenderloin, crispy capers, shaved parm, arugula, tomatoes, red onion, onion straws,  and truffle aioli, $12
    • Buratta – 4 oz Buratta, tomato carpaccio, shaved prosciutto, arugula, kalamata olives, pickled celery, marinated mushrooms, pistachio pesto, balsamic reduction, and crostini $14
