The Chimney Rock Village Community Development Association is the only organization in Hickory Nut Gorge dedicated exclusively to promoting businesses, tourism, and activities specifically in Chimney Rock Village.
Membership is open all businesses located between the Old Cider Mill at Hwy 74 and Hwy 64 and the Lake Lure Beach area for $125 a year, per business owned. Residential "supporter level" membership is open to anyone else at $10 a year. Funds support marketing of the Village and member businesses, as well as beautification projects and weather-related cleanup efforts in the Village.
