First course 
Shrimp & grits spring rolls, local lettuces, sherry vinaigrette, comeback sauce or Smoked scallop & white bean chowder 
 
 
Second course 
Pan-seared airline chicken breast, braised leeks, smashed potatoes, fig demi or Braised pork belly, parsnip puree, roasted mushrooms, onion marmalade or House made fettucini, proscuitto, grilled gulf shrimp, fradiavlo, parmesan foam  
 
Third course 
Citrus crème Brulee or  Chocolate-coffee torte
