Plan to ring in the holidays with the lighting of the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge and Lake Lure on November 29. The Bridge and gardens will be transformed into A Storybook Christmas. This special holiday celebration will feature music by the students of the Lake Lure Classical Academy and Flowering Bridge volunteers will be serving holiday refreshments. Festivities will begin at 5:30 pm. Parking will be available at Morse Park, 2948 Memorial Highway (east side of the Flowering Bridge).
