BlueRock Behavioral Health is a locally-owned residential treatment center providing holistic and compassionate care for adolescent males experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, we offer individualized mental health care that blends clinical therapy, relationship-centered support, experiential learning, and nature-based programming. Our on-campus school keeps students on track academically while they stabilize, regain confidence, and develop life skills. Through active family involvement, strengths-based coaching, and clear aftercare planning, teens strengthen communication, learn healthy coping, and prepare to return to their communities stronger, grounded, and hopeful.

At BlueRock, we believe every family deserves access to the highest quality mental healthcare regardless of socioeconomic status. That’s why we’ve partnered with local agencies to accept Medicaid.
