Team Cleary Real Estate, Inc. is owned and operated by Wes and Cathy Cleary, a husband-and-wife team of full-time Realtors® based in Lake Lure, NC. With more than 25 years of real estate experience, we help buyers and sellers throughout Western North Carolina with lakefront homes, mountain properties, vacation homes, investment properties, and land.

We are Full-Time Realtors® Who Take Your Success Personally — this is our profession, not a part-time hobby or something we do to stay busy. We rely on real estate as our livelihood, and we take great pride in the work we do for our clients. We are passionate about helping people make informed decisions and guiding them through one of the biggest financial transactions they may ever experience.

We are proud of the reputation we have built through hard work, integrity, and a commitment to our clients. While awards and sales numbers are nice, we believe our greatest accomplishment is earning the trust and referrals of the people we have helped.
